Are you scared of giving an award-winning speech on September 6? How about winning the competition with a well-written address on Pakistan Defence day? Whether you are an English or Urdu student, the following three speeches can quickly help you win the competition.

In this article, you will find two fantastic and enthusiastic Defence day of Pakistan speeches: September 6, 1965

On the occasion of Defence Day, the Embassy of Pakistan paid rich tributes to the martyrs who laid their lives defending and upholding Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity as a sovereign state. The day was also celebrated with great pomp & ceremony with great fanfare.

Why do we celebrate Defence day?

The Indo-Pakistan War of 1965 culminated in skirmishes between April and September 1965. This year marks the 54th anniversary of the war India and Pakistan claim to have won. However, perceptions of victory differ drastically between these two nations.

The partition of British India into two independent states saw great suffering by hundreds of thousands of people in the region. It also led to two different visions for the future of South Asia: India’s secular democracy by Jawaharlal Nehru; Pakistan’s Islam as its foundation by Muhammad Ali Jinnah (19th century).

Many years later, both countries still remember the same events with differing sentiments.

There are many reasons to celebrate. Every year on September 6, people across the globe get together and mark the day in different ways.

Pakistan Defence day speech no. # 01

Respected audience!!

Today, on Pakistan Defence Day, I would like to honor the sacrifices of our brave Army. This is our way of thanking them for what they have done for us. Pakistan Defence Day is celebrated every year on September 6.

The decision to make this day, the government of Pakistan took an official public holiday in 1965. This day commemorates the armed forces of Pakistan, who defended the country during a war against India in 1965. They have been awarded several national and international awards for their actions that won the battle for Pakistan.

Dear friends, we enjoy freedom today because our troops have laid their lives. They protected our motherland with their blood. It is rightly said that a soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him. But because he loves what is behind his back, and that is his country, people, and memories.

Kafir Hai to sham sheer py krta hai bhrosa

Momin Hai to be taigh bhi lerta Hai sepahi

Dear honorable judges

I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that this is an important day for all of us. Our flag is always in the air, and India is threatening us again! However, our new Prime Minister has given us hope by saying that Pakistan will not be a threat to its neighbors.

We celebrate this day of victory with great enthusiasm and pride this year. The country has remained stable and prosperous due to its solid Muslim ideology. Our nationalist leaders have been working daily to protect Islam and its teachings that are in harmony with the principles laid down by the Holy Quran.

Well, it’s time we rise to the occasion and start discussing celebrations. Parades are a great way of showing your love for your country. Festivals also play a significant role in motivating people towards nationalistic goals. Educational institutions organize parades where students gather to show their patriotism and love for their beloved country.

We often see slogans like “Bismillah Ir Rehman Ir Rahim” (In the name of Allah the most Merciful, Most Compassionate) on tablets or flags during these parades, followed by a music tune.

However, even if you don’t feel like showing off your patriotism, you can still motivate yourself by making a promise in your mind that you will always protect your country at any cost.

Ay watan tuny pukara to lahu khol utha

Tery bety tery janbaaz chly ay hain

In the end!

I want to thank the organizers of this program for giving me this opportunity. It makes me truly grateful for your kind words and sincere efforts in helping me reach this platform. taking this speech to end with this beautiful quote from Quaid e Azam:

There are two powers in the world; one is the sword, and the other is the pen. …

Defense day of Pakistan speech #02:

Muhabbat mjhy os jwano se hai

Sitaron py jo dalty hain cumand

I have been thinking about this speech for a long time. Since we are celebrating a defense day, I wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to making this possible. We have had sacrifices made by the men and women of our country. I need to acknowledge their contributions because we would not be enjoying this freedom today without them.

That’s right! It is because of our martyrs that we can celebrate today.

We want to thank them in advance for all the sacrifices they have made for us and also tell them how much we appreciate their service. And thanks, too, to the people who kept the defense alive through all these years.

We miss you, Marty. We miss you.

Dear friends!!

What is this all about? Why do we celebrate Pakistan Defence Day? Where did the idea of celebrating a holiday for defending oneself come from? When did it start? And why does it matter to us? As we all know, September 6, 1965, was a day when India attacked  Pakistan in the darkness of night.

I’m talking about the role that Pakistan played in winning the war. This was because we all remember what happened on September 6, 1965, right?

India attacked Pakistan and tried to conquer Pakistan. But we won this war by defending ourselves fiercely, using our weapons and resources to such an extent that soon after war broke out, Pakistani forces were left crippled — and still are — as they struggled against India’s overwhelming power.

Is Mulk ki Sarhad ko koi choo ni skta

Jis mulk ki serhad ki nigheban hain ankhy

It is a historical moment; our country’s Army has helped make Pakistan Zindabad. We saw the courage of our brave soldiers who risked their lives under the blazing hot sun to save the country and their families.

They were once part of a joint army, but today they are recognized as heroes; the patriotic people of Pakistan salute them with respect and admiration.

Pakistan zindabad!!!

Final words:

Thanking our defenders and celebrating their sacrifices are essential to remember. Whether it is for our country, for a loved one, or just for ourselves, we should celebrate the victories of our military.

Our country is strong, but no nation can stay entirely safe from terror attacks or threats. It is up to us to spread positive messages about our country’s military and keep encouraging the youth of Pakistan to become a part of them.

After all, who knows which young child will join our armed forces and be that extra Defence we need when trouble arises?

Let us make it easy for young men and women by filling their hearts with feelings of patriotism and love for their country.

Wishing you a happy Defence day!!

I hope this day brings more power and prosperity to our country. Let us know in the comment section if you have any thoughts regarding this.

take care!!
